Missions

As part of strengthening the Kameleoon Consulting team in North America and ensuring our customers are satisfied and successful in deploying and leveraging Kameleoon solutions, we are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Consultant in a Front-End environment (VIE contract) for a 24 months mission in Toronto (Canada) after a 5 to 6 months onboarding in our Paris office (under a short-term contract).

Under the leadership of a TAM Team Leader, you will be in charge of supporting our customers in the US and Canada in implementing their optimization projects and helping integrate Kameleoon into their tech stack.

You will mainly be involved in the following missions:

• Participate in customer projects as the technical referent of our solutions: in close collaboration with a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the proper technical framing of the project, technical setup of deployments, integrations, experimentation campaigns (including both client-side testing based on JS/CSS and server side / Feature experimentation & feature flagging based on SDKs)

• Provide technical solutions to our customers' problems, including analyzing and contributing to the debugging/diagnosis of the JavaScript code delivered by Kameleoon

• Train users with a technical background on the client side to become autonomous on the platform and in the use of Kameleoon APIs and SDKs

• Participate in Front-End development (mainly JavaScript and HTML/CSS + possibly NodeJS depending on the candidate's skills) on certain customer projects

• Analyze data and investigate data gaps between Kameleoon and other tools.

• For candidates with Presales skills: demonstrating the technical architecture of our solutions in customer or presales meetings
  

Profile

What are we looking for?

• This position is restricted to European Area citizens under the age of 28 ; before applying, please ensure you meet the criteria defined here

• You are a native English-speaker or perfectly speak English with C2 level

• A first successful experience in IT, R&D or tech consulting team (ideally within a B2B SaaS company and/or working on web or digital marketing environment)

• You are excited about the idea of joining a fast-growing and innovative company
