You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Strategy, Commercial and Finance and contribute to some of Vestiaire Collective's most strategic operational initiatives.You will notably partner with:Our Chief Operating Officer and teams covering operations, warehouses, shipping, payments, customer service and curation teams.Our Chief Business Officer Senior Finance leaders, including our VP Finance Ops. Other senior stakeholders across the business depending on strategic projectsThe role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to have a direct impact on key business decisions in a fast-paced, international environment.What you'll do ðFinancial Planning & PerformanceOwn and support the planning, budgeting and forecasting of operational and financial performance across the Operations scopeMonitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identify key variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersDefine, forecast, track and analyse key operational and financial KPIs, including CPO, CPI, repayment rate, cost per contact, shipping costs, productivity ratios, customer satisfaction, lead times and order-to-cash flows. Build dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility on performance and support data-driven decision-makingBusiness PartneringAct as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders across the Operations organizationDevelop a strong understanding of operational challenges, priorities and business driversTranslate financial and operational data into clear recommendations to support decision-makingChallenge assumptions and provide financial guidance on investments, costs and operational initiativesSupport stakeholders in understanding and managing their performance against budget and business objectivesFinancial Modelling & Strategic ProjectsBuild advanced financial models to assess significant operational projects and investment decisionsEvaluate initiatives such as warehouse openings, supplier tenders, process improvements, transportation network changes and geographical expansionConduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial impact, risks and opportunitiesContribute to ad-hoc strategic analyses across topics such as M&A opportunities, new entity openings and international expansionProcesses, Data & AutomationContribute to the automation, optimization and acceleration of closing, reporting and forecasting processesParticipate in the scoping, implementation and adoption of reporting and forecasting tools by leveraging AISupport the development and improvement of financial and operational data infrastructurePartner with Finance, Data and operational teams to improve the reliability, accessibility and scalability of performance reporting (AI powered)Who you are You have 4–6 years of professional experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction services, consulting or another highly analytical finance environmentYou have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable working with complex financial and operational dataYou have strong financial modelling skills and are highly proficient in ExcelYou are comfortable working with data and ideally have experience with tools such as SQL, Snowflake and Tableau, or similar data mining and visualisation toolsYou are also comfortable leveraging AI to automate processes and enhance your understanding and level of support.You are structured, rigorous and able to turn complex analyses into clear business recommendationsYou have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholdersYou are able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced and evolving environmentYou demonstrate curiosity, ownership and a continuous-improvement mindsetYou enjoy working collaboratively and learning from othersYou are fluent in English and FrenchExperience within a tech company,
