The Role
As the Director of Product – Data Collection & Platform , you will serve as a strategic leader for Deepki's product vision. You will join a Product team undergoing active transformation, providing a unique opportunity to actively shape our future operating model.
You will lead the foundational layer of Deepki’s platform, managing the systems that ingest and process energy data, building metadata, and partner integrations.
You will directly manage a team of Product Managers and Data Analyst covering this domain, translating high-level company strategy into a coherent quarterly roadmap while balancing commercial alignment, technical execution, and user experience.Key Responsibilities
Vision & Product Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term product vision for your domain; develop annual and multi-year roadmaps based on market analysis and client needs.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop the team of PMs & Data Analyst (performance, hiring, succession); establish a high-performing product culture and quality standards.
Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with Engineering and Design leaders; collaborate with Sales, Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE), and Delivery teams on commercial milestones and strategic conversations.
Product Delivery: Validate new features and their impact on UX; analyze metrics and feature adoption; prioritize initiatives based on business value and technical complexity.
Client & Market Relations: Maintain an intimate understanding of client needs and market trends; participate in strategic exchanges with key institutional accounts.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in a Product Leadership role.
Domain: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, specifically within a data-intensive or analytics vertical.
Commercial Mindset: Comfortable in customer-facing strategic conversations; fluent in revenue and unit-economics thinking.
Languages: Fluent professional French & English (working languages across our international team).

Onsite final round: Business case presentation to leadership, followed by a meet-and-greet with the Product team.
