What You'll Do :

Join the Criteo LEAP program, which focuses on transforming and sustaining our self-service ad platforms through innovation, rapid prototyping, and quick iterations.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with Product teams to identify high-ROI improvements
• Provide technical guidance during design sprints and workshops
• Develop integration strategies between Customer Experience Factory and core development teams
• Create and track technical success metrics
• Collaborate on roadmap planning with senior leadership
• Champion innovative solutions while maintaining system stability
• Identify emerging technologies to enhance customer experience

Technical Leadership:

• Architect and implement front-end optimizations
• Lead full-stack development of key projects like the Commerce Experience POC website and CAIL
• Implement improvements for Transparent DSP
• Oversee Hackathon projects and establish coding standards

Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing team committed to Customer Experience excellence
• Manage resource allocation across projects
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Who You Are :

• Strong expertise in front-end / full-stack technologies (C# / TypeScript / Angular)
• Enjoy rapid idea testing and iteration
• Deep understanding of user experience and ability to identify UX improvements
• Ability to implement changes across codebases without introducing bugs
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Decision-making focused on fast delivery
