JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our Womenswear team at Burberry, Paris La Samaritaine, on a full-time, permanent basis . You will create exceptional and personalised experiences for our clients, bringing the Burberry brand and collections to life through thoughtful service and expert product knowledge. With a passion for luxury retail, you will build lasting client relationships while contributing to the commercial success of the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a highly personalised and memorable client experience, reflecting Burberry’s standards of service and luxury.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through thoughtful engagement, clienteling and follow-up.
• Develop strong knowledge of the Burberry collections, with particular focus on Women’s Ready-to-Wear and leather goods.
• Understand each client’s individual needs and provide considered styling and product recommendations.
• Contribute to individual and store sales performance while working collaboratively with colleagues across the store.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and operational standards, helping to create an elevated and welcoming store environment.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Fluent in French and English , with the confidence to communicate effectively with an international clientele.

• Experience in luxury retail with a strong understanding of exceptional service.

• Sales experience in Women’s Ready-to-Wear and/or leather goods is highly valued.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural client-focused approach.

• Commercially aware and motivated by delivering excellent client experiences alongside strong sales results.

• Collaborative, adaptable and engaged, with an appreciation for fashion, craftsmanship and the Burberry brand.
