VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries. ð JOB DESCRIPTIONBeing an SRE in VeepeeTech means to be a part of the transversal SRE community and at the same time integrate one of the agile product teams. You will ensure the system’s reliability and scalability by applying DevOps practices and share knowledge within the SRE community, you will be part of the Foundation Domain which is responsible for on premise infrastructureð TASKSMaintain and develop our k8s Cloud SolutionImplementing tools and processes for deployment and industrialization (CI/CD, blue/green, canary, rollback, etc.);Automating provisioning of a resilient infrastructure that meets the needs of products;Working with development teams to facilitate regular releases;Maintaining services in operational conditions, analyze and resolve performance and scalability anomalies (load tests) of current and historical deployments;Supervising the application portfolio in collaboration with the Network Operations Center (NOC), manage access and security;Participating in the evolution of the IS and the reduction of the technical debt;Being the evangelist of DevOps’ good practices and participating in the construction of a true transversal SRE community within Veepee.ð MUST HAVE skillsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar function;Experience with high-availability production environments & on-callKnowledge of industrialization processes, agile methods, gitflow and DevOps practices in general and understanding of a system side;Familiar with Linux (good knowledge);Proficiency with IaC: Packer, Terraform, Ansible;SUP: Alerta, ELK, Prometheus, K8S Operators;Hands on with Docker, Kubernetes On Premise ( Kubernetes the hard way) Proficiency with different types of DB such as, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, ElasticSearch;You have strong verbal and written English language skills.CI/CD : Gitlab, ArgoCDOthers : Consul, Vaultð NICE TO HAVE skillsKnowledge of languages such as Shell, Python or Go would be a plus BENEFITSDynamic and creative environment within international teams The variety of self-education courses on our e-learning platformThe participation in meetups and conferences locally and internationally Up to 2 days of remote work per week Flexible working hoursHealth Insurance️RECRUITMENT PROCESS 30-minute HR Screen with a Veepeeᵀᵉᶜʰ Recruiter General Technical exchangeTechnical exchange with a tech leadTeam InterviewWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
