Within the framework of a maternity leave, we are looking for a Marketing Activation Lead to manage the local marketing team and drive the execution of the marketing agenda in the French market.

This is a permanent position (CDI) starting in June 2026. The role will initially cover a maternity leave (June 2026 – January 2027), after which you will transition into a long-term role within the marketing team, with scope defined based on business needs.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for driving brand visibility and relevance for Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells through relevant channels, partnerships, and activations. You ensure global strategies, concepts, and launches are executed in a relevant and impactful way in the local market, with social media as a key priority.

The role focuses on leading the day-to-day work, prioritization, and team coordination.

In this role you will
  • Drive and strengthen the local social media and digital approach across brands, ensuring relevance, engagement, and continuous development

  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead to ensure social media is effectively used to amplify activations and strengthen brand relevance

  • Lead and support the French marketing team in the daily work, setting direction, creating structure, and ensuring strong engagement

  • Drive local brand activation and community building across all brands, leveraging networks within fitness, running, and lifestyle communities to unlock partnerships and opportunities

  • Plan and execute cost-efficient, high-impact brand activations and events through partnerships and collaborations, in close dialogue with HQ

  • Ensure strong and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints, aligned with global strategy but adapted to local context

  • Collaborate closely with global marketing and Sales to deliver campaigns, launches, and commercial priorities

Who you are

You are a hands-on marketing professional, comfortable working close to execution and the market. You are a social media expert, understand how it contributes to engagement and brand growth, combined with a solid offline brand activation expertise. You understand how brands grow through presence, communities, and relevance, and know how to create impact with limited resources through smart prioritization.

With a strong sense of ownership, you naturally take the lead in driving structure, prioritization, and energy in a team, building momentum through clarity, relationships, and execution.

You are socially and culturally aware, with a strong understanding of how brands should show up across channels, especially in social media and digital — and how to collaborate with specialists to make it work.

To succeed in this role, you likely have
  • 5 years experience within marketing, brand activation, or community-driven roles, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle, or sports

  • Hands-on experience with events, activations, and partnerships

  • A strong understanding of social media and digital, and how it connects to brand building, activation, and engagement

  • A strong network, or ability to build networks within relevant communities

  • The ability to create impact through creativity and prioritization

  • Experience leading or guiding a team, with a natural leadership style

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions

  • Fluency in English and French
