Job Description

Contract type: Apprenticeship
Duration: 12 or 24 months depending on the program
Start date: January 2026

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with the HR team to support day-to-day operations across France, Spain and Italy. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities and contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
• Assisting with employee administration and payroll (contracts, amendments, payroll related documents).
• Helping implement HR campaigns (performance reviews, development plans, training programs).
• Contributing to HR data analysis and reporting.
• Participating in cross-functional HR projects (e.g. inclusion, well-being, digital transformation).
• Providing support to employees and managers on HR-related topics.
• Assisting with matters related to social relations, including preparation and follow-up of meetings with employee representatives and Works Council.
• Helping ensure compliance with local labor regulations and collective agreements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship) is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Passionate and curious bout AI
• Good level of English; Spanish is an asset.
