Digital Manager, CDD H/F
- Deliver digital activation excellence by developing innovative and engaging campaign strategies driving brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty for new product launches and key commercial moments.
- Develop digital activations across all digital touchpoints including social, digital media, e-retail, website, any ad-hoc digital experience, CRM, and in-store digital touchpoints.
- In collaboration with Fashion House, drive assets creation for all consumer-facing digital touchpoints, ensuring content created is optimized for platforms and adhering to beauty best practices.
- Partner with key markets to address local needs relevant for retailers and consumers in order to ensure success of the online consumer journey across all digital touchpoints.
- Ideate, build, and implement ad-hoc digital experiences that deliver business value and improve consumer experience.
- Lead development of toolkits and guidelines for local implementation including messaging, paid media assets, social organic assets, e-commerce assets and activation concepts.
- Partner with Global/Local Media teams to deliver paid media content based on best practices and best performing ad units.
- Work with regional leaders on local media plan executions to ensure adherence to Burberry Beauty's global brand equity and standards.
- Liaise with Fashion House on conversational calendar across beauty-dedicated social media channels and build-out recommendations to increase beauty SOV on fashion social channels.
- Continually improve visibility on all e-retailer touchpoints via toolboxes/guidelines creation and continuous e-retailer audits.
- Develop a variety of exclusive e-retailer content, tools and experiences.
- Develop e-retailer templates (PDP+, content page, brand page).
- Drive the implementation of new product launches and platform enhancements for the Burberry Beauty Virtual Studio
- Identify opportunities, develop new strategies, propose new support models, and initiate new technologies to increase conversion on third-party retailers.
- 8-10 years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty/luxury experience strongly preferred)
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills required
- Be highly organized with ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency/ownership and meet deadlines
- Must have excellent understanding of digital projects development life cycle
- Excellent problem solving-skills
- Skilled in written/verbal and presentation
- Current on emerging trends and technologies and passionate about the digitally driven consumer decision journey
- Be accustomed to work cross-functionally, with a lot of internal and external partners
- Fluent in English, with previous international experience/exposure
