The role

You'll be the person who makes the Paris office run — not just smoothly, but in a way people notice. From the moment a new joiner walks in on their first day to the last detail of a company offsite, you're the one who thought of everything first.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving scale-up. You'll work closely with the HR team and have real impact on how people experience Pelico every day.

What you'll own

The office — day-to-day operations, facilities, access systems, equipment, supplies, and building management. You keep things running before anyone has to ask.
Supplier relationships — you negotiate, renew, benchmark, and push for quality without letting costs drift. You know when to push back and when to lock in a good deal.
AI & process automation — you spot repetitive tasks and replace them with smarter workflows. You're comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI) to automate, draft and improve — or you're eager to get there fast.
Company events — you bring our internal events calendar to life: offsites, afterworks, team buildings. From vendor selection to day-of logistics, you own it end to end.
People experience — you support the HR team on onboarding and offboarding, welcome kits, and people initiatives. You're the friendly, reliable go-to that employees trust to point them in the right direction.

Who you are

• Experienced as an Office Manager, ideally in a tech scale-up

• Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented — you can handle a supplier negotiation, an event brief and a new hire welcome in the same morning without dropping a ball

• Strong ownership mindset — you spot what needs doing before being asked, and you follow through

• Warm, professional and trusted by both employees and external partners

• Fluent in English, strong communicator in writing and in person

• At ease with Notion, Slack and Google Workspace
