We are looking for a hardworking omnichannel retailer focused Trade Marketeer covering the France-Iberia (FRIB) region based in our Paris office to join on a fixed-term contract basis up until the end of 2026. This will be to lead and support the delivery of retail marketing strategies and campaigns, in a robust and commercially successful Business Unit within a wonderful brand. Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead the strategic plans and initiatives within FRIB Trade Marketing for owned drive period campaign to achieve maximum brand and commercial impact
  • Own and lead the pre-packed display strategy at France-Iberia level to ensure good execution plan, collaboration with Sales department, future roadmap aligned to regional marketing guidelines.
  • Leverage retailer, shopper and consumer insights and translate findings into action. Track and evaluate results and adapt processes and materials accordingly.
  • Contribute to the Business Unit Integrated Commercial Plan representing the Trade Marketing team.
  • Budget ownership coupled with strategic prioritization in line with business priorities as well as Sales and Marketing needs and opportunities.
  • Lead and drive non standardized materials for displays, promo areas, and endcaps if needed.
  • A curious individual who is proactive in bringing external developments in and generates ideas to ensure Trade Marketing innovations in omni-channel spaces.
  • Driving test & learn activities in channels, track and assess results to scale effective solutions.

Our Marketing The team distill audience insights, take decisions rooted in data and develop and implement effective marketing plans, with 360 campaigns including traditional and digital media, events, and instore execution, ensuring strong media presence. Trade Marketing has the responsibility to improve the shopper experience with the LEGO brand being at our core for Online, LEGO Certified Stores, Toy Specialists, Grocery, and Department Stores which defines, develops, and delivers the strategy of activation of our whole franchise’s portfolio into the distribution channels engagement.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Direct and proven commercial experience within a results driven trade marketing role working for an international consumer goods company delivering into retail.
  • An in-depth understanding of the omnichannel retail landscape in France-Iberia and the strategic impact of all trade marketing activities and an ability to lead multiple campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and implementing trade marketing campaigns (both offline and online) for third party retailers based on detailed analytical and budget focused metrics experience is essential in this role.
  • A collaborative approach to working with a wide range of partners and agencies, a team focused individual.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office per week, 2 days from home
