About the role:
We are seeking an iOS Staff Engineer to join our collaborative Apple team, focused on continually elevating the Dashlane experience across all Apple devices. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on the architecture, technical direction, and adoption of modern Apple technologies, while working with an entirely Swift and SwiftUI codebase, building for the most current operating systems (iOS 17+ and macOS 14+).
As a senior technical leader, you will partner with Product, Design, and cross-platform engineering teams to deliver a secure and seamless product. You will challenge technical decisions, guide architectural evolution, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Location:
You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday as the company day where we collaborate in the office and enjoy a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding, and a third day of your choice. We offer relocation support (national and international) for individuals who are already legally eligible to work in the European Union.
At Dashlane you will:
Own the end-to-end technical strategy and execution for Dashlane's iOS and macOS (Mac Catalyst) applications, driving their performance, stability, and feature richness.
Direct and empower a team of expert Apple developers, providing technical leadership and oversight throughout the full development lifecycle of complex features, from ideation to deployment.
Collaborate intensely with Product Experience teams, serving as the primary technical interface to ensure innovative user experiences are not just delivered, but perfected.
Proactively identify and implement architectural improvements and performance optimizations to continuously refine the core functionality and user experience of our applications.
Maintain our technical edge by systematically integrating the newest advancements from iOS and macOS into our application suite.
Lead development efforts within a dynamic environment of complex, high-velocity applications that consistently target only the latest Apple operating systems.
Spearhead initiatives to enhance our team's coding practices, evolve our application architecture, and elevate engineering standards, ensuring a robust foundation for future growth and stability.
Leverage advanced technological solutions to bolster the security and trust of millions of individuals globally.

Requirements:
You have 8+ years of experience in iOS or macOS development using Swift
You have at least 5 years of experience developing an application using SwiftUI
You have 5+ years of experience solving problems and troubleshooting complex issues
You have 5+ years of experience working in teams
You are fluent in English
We're also looking for:
Excitement about the latest iOS and macOS features
Ability to follow the Swift changes proposals
Curiosity about cryptography and security practices in general
Ability to demonstrate a deep knowledge of software architecture and development practices
Solid interest in product design and implementation of delightful UI elements on Apple platforms
Previous experience working in a B2B SaaS startup environment
