Digital Learning and Innovation Program Manager
- Provide thought leadership on how Digital Learning supports upskilling and career development at scale in the era of AI.
- Define the next learning ecosystem that supports the AXA learning ambition and business needs, in strong collaboration with entities, the HRIS teams and extended project teams (including external providers).
- Contribute to other HR projects in interface to the learning ecosystem, including but not limited to Skills / Talent Management platforms.
- Prepare the implementation of a new global LMS/ LXP: in collaboration with entities, define the scenarios for the different populations of users providing a seamless and impactful experience, define core models and localization needs.
- Coordinate change management plans, taking a data driven approach to impulse continuous improvement
- Define the offer strategy and model, tailoring a state-of-the-art digital learning offer to the diverse segments, entities, and learners' needs with a cost-effective approach.
- Lead global partnerships with selected providers and maximize adoption and engagement across entities
- Monitor key metrics and support decision making with meaningful dashboards and insights.
- Market watch providers landscape and innovative tools
- Launch POCs with entities to increase time to market and increase impact at scale (content creation, skills development, AI conversational agents, etc.)
- Support the Learning teams in providing expertise serving as an advisor to the global learning community on AI powered digital learning.
- Foster best practices sharing via the learning community and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Strong expertise in the field of LMS, LXP, Skills platforms etc ..
- Track record in Digital Learning
- Strong experience in project management and change management at global scale
- Experience in Consulting or business transformation would be highly appreciated
- Business French & English proficiency
