As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice at our Paris office, you will support recruitment activities across our retail business while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a global luxury fashion brand. This opportunity is designed for a student in the final stage of their studies who is looking to combine academic learning with practical experience and has a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People topics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, your main contribution will be to support our recruitment efforts and help us attract and hire great talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will play a vital role in supporting retail recruitment and key People processes, helping us build strong teams and deliver a smooth employee and candidate experience by:

• Create and publish job ads
• Source and engage retail talent
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support onboarding for new hires
• Maintain recruitment and employee data in People systems
• Assist with People administration and documentation
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment events

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:  

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme and eligible for an apprenticeship contract in France
• In the final stage of your studies, preferably within Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, retail, customer service, or administration is considered a plus
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is considered a plus
