COMMERCIAL FINANCE JUNIOR ANALYST

6-month internship starting from January 2026

RESPONSABILITIES

Your main focus:

• Participate in monthly Actuals analysis with markets and collect information on key deviations vs. forecast/Plan
• Prepare monthly performance reporting for Senior Leadership
• Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to finance and business teams for decision making purposes
• Identify and drive process improvements across the Finance Function

The team consists of 3 people (Finance Director and two Managers). You will work closely together with several departments such as Local Finance, Commercials Teams, Supply Chain, etc. The position will permit you to have a full understanding on the P&L and major financial KPI to drive a business.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to interact with People, putting numbers to work and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Ideally a first experience in Finance
• Rigorous, organized and agile with the capability to deal with a large amount of data
• Master in Finance tools, a good knowledge of PowerBi will be a plus
