Intro

Zenna is a spin-out from a neuroscience research organization with two decades of experience. We are building AI-powered brainwave sound technology designed to support people living with migraines and headaches. Delivered through a simple mobile app and regular headphones, Zenna aim to make migraine care feel as natural as listening to music.

We’ve already built and launched our first version app, welcomed hundreds of engaged users in just 2 months with zero marketing spend, and are seeing users return and continue to love the experience. With early investment secured and strong organic traction, Zenna is now scaling toward its next stage of growth.

Backed by a team of Cambridge alumni, former Zendesk Head of Product, and medical doctors, our mission is to harness neuroscience and AI to create safe, personalized, and instantly accessible wellness solutions—without drugs, side effects, or invasive devices.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a cofounder-level Chief Marketing/Growth Officer to lead Zenna’s next stage of user growth and retention.

What you’ll do

• Design and run creative growth experiments across TikTok, Reddit, influencers, and wellness communities
• Translate consumer insights into product feedback and growth strategy—your visibility and market understanding will directly shape the product roadmap
• Craft and scale Zenna’s brand narrative for users, investors, and partners
• Build and own the marketing engine that takes Zenna from early traction to broad adoption

Requirements

What we value

• Proven track record in consumer app growth/marketing (experience in wellness/health apps strongly preferred)
• Startup mindset: resilient, resourceful, fast executor, thrives in uncertainty
• Background from strong universities or prior startup experience (a plus for fundraising credibility)
• Commitment to building long-term and growing Zenna as a category-defining brand
