Founded in 2021 with the ambition to make cities cleaner and quieter, Electra is accelerating the shift to electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging. We are building and operating a network of fast-charging stations (20 minutes on average) with a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, our teams aim to deploy 15,000 fast-charging points by 2030, contributing to Europe’s energy transition.

In just 5 years, we have:

Your Mission

Your Responsibilities
1. Contract Management - end-to-end
  • Manage incoming and outgoing contract workflows: onboarding, validation, signing, archiving, tracking renewals, and integration between our CLM (Juro) and other tools such as Hubspot (our CRM) and Snowflake (our data warehouse)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams (Sales, Finance, Real Estate) regarding contract management processes

  • Coordinate local representatives and validate the flow of information into the CLM

  • Maintain the contract database so it is clean, up-to-date, and usable at all times

2. Management and administration of Juro (our CLM)
  • Ensure the day-to-day operation of the tool: user tickets, workflow updates, creation and update of templates and playbooks based on business priorities

  • Serve as the link between team needs and tool updates

  • Prioritize and document improvement requests in collaboration with the Head of Core Ops and the Juro teams

3. Legal Data & Reporting
  • Enrich and ensure the reliability of data in Juro to feed our financial reports (Omni) and the group’s KPIs

  • Standardize data entry practices across the 10 countries in the scope

  • Produce dashboards and analyses enabling management to oversee the group’s contractual commitments

4. Training & Enablement
  • Onboard new users to Juro and the contractual processes

  • Keep training materials up-to-date and accessible

  • Reduce ad hoc requests through clear and proactive documentation

5. Operational support for the Legal team
  • Support the management of intellectual property tools, Notion pages, insurance processes (collection of certifications, follow-ups, checks), and operational compliance

  • Contribute to the development and standardization of legal processes across the group (templates, playbooks, multi-entity procedures)

Ideal Candidate

Education
  • Master's degree or equivalent. A legal background is a plus, not a prerequisite - we care more about your ability to understand contractual stakes and your appetite for building rigorous processes.

Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of corporate experience, including significant experience in contract management, Legal Ops, or a strong demonstrated aptitude for operational matters and tools

  • Experience in a scale-up, multi-entity, or multi-country environment is a real plus

  • Knowledge of a CLM (Juro, Ironclad, Tomorro, or equivalent) is appreciated

  • You have a strong commitment to data accuracy: for you, incorrect information in a system is a problem, not a minor detail

  • You are self-reliant and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Languages
  • French & English: fluent (international environment, 10 countries)

  • A third European language is a plus
