Retail Designer / Retail Architecht

Founded in 2008 on the west coast of Sweden, L:a Bruket is a natural and organic skincare brand rooted in a philosophy of innovation driven by nature.

With its distinctive positioning of Natural Swedish Wellbeing, the brand has established a strong international presence across its own boutiques and leading luxury retailers including Galeries Lafayette, Liberty, Ludwig Beck, and Isetan.

Originating from the historic spa town of Varberg and supported by Experienced Capital Partners since 2019, L:a Bruket continues to refine and expand its global retail expression.

We are seeking a Retail Architect / Designer to join our Paris studio and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our retail environments.

The Role

This position is suited to a designer with a strong sense of authorship and execution, capable of contributing meaningfully across both concept and delivery.

Working in close collaboration with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, you will be entrusted with the development of retail spaces across multiple formats, bringing a refined, coherent vision to life across international markets.

The role is highly hands-on, requiring both creative sensitivity and technical rigour, with involvement from early-stage design through to on-site realisation.

It offers meaningful responsibility and scope for growth, within a brand where design is central to its identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of boutiques, shop-in-shops, and pop-up environments
• Produce and present compelling concepts, spatial narratives, and high-quality visualisations
• Translate creative direction into precise, buildable design solutions
• Oversee and coordinate with external partners, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure a coherent and elevated consumer journey through thoughtfully integrated visual merchandising and spatial design
• Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout all project phases, including on-site execution
• Support the continuous evolution of L:a Bruket’s retail language across markets

Profile

• Solid experience within beauty retail design is essential, ideally within premium or luxury environments
• Background in interior architecture, spatial design, or scenography
• Strong conceptual sensibility paired with technical fluency
• Confident managing projects with a high degree of autonomy
• Highly detail-oriented, with a refined understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial composition
• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be based in Paris and available to work on-site full-time with the team

• This role requires close collaboration and day-to-day studio presence; remote or part-time arrangements will not be considered
