About the role ️

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager , the CRM Intern is responsible for planning and executing animation campaigns and commercial initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in a global market (70+ countries).

What you will do

• Plan weekly animation calendar, coordinate and execute all local animation & commercial campaigns on CRM.

• Campaign briefs, assets follow-up with Creative & Copy teams, and implementation of campaigns on our CRM tool.

• Analyze campaigns performance: weekly & monthly reporting.

• Lead independently structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trend/user behavior.

• Perform market research; benchmarking, and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions

Who you are ⭐

• Currently (and by July 2027) enrolled in a Master degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest in E-commerce

• Excellent Google Suite knowledge (emphasis on Google Sheet and Google Slides)

• Strong analytical skills and willing to develop them: leverage extensive data, ensure data accuracy, and pay attention to details.

• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask

• Fluency in English is required (French is a plus)

• Strong interest in fashion and luxury

• Knowledge in CRM tool

• Proficiency in SQL
