City Wonders is currently seeking  skilled and experienced independant guides (Tour Leaders) to join our teams in Paris. As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing our guided tours and day trips from Paris, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high level of satisfaction among our travelers that is reflective of City Wonders' world-class standards.

Primarily looking for candidates ready to take our "Dark" tours: Ghosts, Legends and Mysteries tour and Famous Graves Pere Lachaise

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the city and its surrounding regions, including popular tourist destinations, historical landmarks, and local customs.

Previous experience as a Tour Guide or Tour Leader is preferred, but not required.

Ability to engage and captivate audiences of varying backgrounds and age groups.

Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth operation of tours.

Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch tours and experiences in Paris' most iconic destinations.

Provide informative and engaging commentary about the history, culture, and attractions of each destination.

Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all tour participants

Interact with customers and address their questions, concerns, and needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.

This is a consultancy based role and you would be working for the company as an independent contractor, payment is made by invoice. More on this will be given at interview stage.
