Founders Associate (Internship)

We are looking at a Founder Associate intern to join us in this journey of reinventing human learning, starting February 2026. You will directly work with Thomas (CEO) and Romain (CTO) daily, on a wide variety of high-impact priorities, from executing the go-to-market strategy to onboarding design partners, to deep-diving on learner analytics and building internal processes so Raison moves and scales faster.

As a close collaborator to Raison’s founders, you’ll be exposed to strategic decision-making and take part in the most crucial projects of the company, at the intersection of growth, marketing, product and data.

This role is perfect for someone with a builder mindset, excited about fast-paced environments, at ease with uncertainty and looking to learn a lot on both tech strategy and execution.

Tasks

Strategy & Growth

• Support the founders in their day-to-day activities (e.g. meeting preparation, briefs, project tracking) and participate to strategic conversations
• Contribute shaping and executing Raison’s multi-channel go-to-market strategy: inbound, outbound, partnerships

Product & Data

• Assist founders in all meetings involving design partners: discovery, demo, onboarding, support
• Deep-dive on learner analytics and collect quantitative/qualitative feedbacks about both educators & learners usage
• Contribute creating and executing user research on different segments, and contribute shaping product roadmap

Operations

• Prepare content for key meetings (e.g. internal notes, commercial deck, fundraising deck)
• Help maintain clear documentation and communication flows across the company

Requirements

• You’ve completed at least one prior internship, ideally in a fast-paced environment (tech, VC, strategy consulting).
• Your fluent in oral and written communication in French and English. Spanish is a plus.
• You’re dynamic, action-oriented and have a problem-solver mentality.
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re a strong communicator, comfortable working independently but also have a team-player mindset
• Bonus point: you are deeply passionate about something else than work
