Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:

Signal Week is the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.

RAISE Summit is the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).

MACHINA Summit is Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human-machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It is the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they will converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.

About the role

The Sponsor Marketing & Communications Manager reports directly into the Signal Week team and sits at the intersection of account management and content execution. The role owns two things simultaneously: the marketing relationship with Signal Week sponsors, and the announcement engine that keeps 10,000+ attendees informed before, during and after each edition.

The objective: ensure that every single sponsor marketing commitment is tracked, delivered, evidenced and error-free — with zero contractual obligations missed across a portfolio of 250+ institutional partners.

What you will own:

Sponsor marketing delivery. Read and interpret sponsor contracts, extract every marketing commitment into a working tracker, and act as the day-to-day marketing contact for each partner. You will collect assets (logos, copy, artwork), review them against brand specifications, flag risks early, and reconcile delivery against contractual obligations at each milestone.

Social media and announcements. Plan, write and publish sponsor announcements, speaker reveals and community partner content across LinkedIn and X. Every post must follow Signal Week's institutional brand voice — thesis-first, clean British English, tight tagging. You will coordinate approval timelines with sponsors and brief designers and video collaborators on the assets each announcement requires.

Sponsor communications and email. Draft and send the promotional emails contracted within each sponsor agreement, on the schedule each contract sets out. You keep a clear, auditable record of what was sent, when, and to whom — as proof of delivery.

What we are looking for

Must-have:

• Client-facing and account management experience: you are comfortable owning relationships, handling marketing conversations one-to-one, and keeping multiple sponsors on track simultaneously across complex deliverable timelines.

• Social media proficiency: solid, demonstrated experience writing for a professional or institutional audience on LinkedIn and X, including scheduling, tagging and engagement.

• Contracts and structured execution: confidence reading commercial agreements and translating commitments into trackable action plans.

• Written English at a high level: you write clean, publication-ready copy and catch errors before anything goes live.

• Organisation under volume: ability to manage dozens of deliverables and concurrent deadlines without dropping the thread.

Nice to have:

• Experience in events, B2B, financial services, technology or digital assets.

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com , Canva, Figma or Meta Ads Manager.

• Working knowledge of email marketing and scheduling platforms.

• French language (useful, not essential, given the Paris base).
