We operate within a modern matrix structure, where your engineers are embedded in cross-functional Squads to deliver impactful features, but look to you, their Chapter Lead, for career growth, mentorship, and technical guidance. Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a chapter of approximately 15 engineers, focusing on their career development, performance management, and overall well-being.
• Drive the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new engineers within your chapter to support our company's growth.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, fostering high standards for code quality, architectural design, and operational excellence across the squads.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, other Engineering Managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic goals and effective resource allocation within the matrix structure.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture, and continuously improve engineering processes, practices, and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to support individual growth and team success.
