Data Product Owner

Main Mission & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (Retail & B2B business development team, markets) and technical teams (IT & Data Team), ensuring clarity on the ambition and business deliverables.

• Lead data analytics and visualization streams for eBusiness, working closely with IT teams to implement business requirements.

• Coordinate the macro sizing phase and the study phase with the identified stakeholders.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for each dashboard.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for IT teams.

• Owns the data product roadmap according to complexity & priorities.

• Manage the product backlog and define priorities.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to oversee development progress.

• Validate technical solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.

• Present finalized dashboards to stakeholders.

• Provide training sessions for users to ensure the adoption and utility of the dashboards.

• Support onboarding program of new users with appropriate communication and training materials.

• Identify opportunities with the business for adjustments to drive business performance.

• Lead the technical implementation, delivery, and adaptations of dashboards in PowerBI and Qlik, and build ad hoc data visualizations if required.

• Ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency of data sources used in dashboards.

• Follow data governance and data visualization standards.

• Monitor data quality and implement processes to maintain high standards.

• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on product performance, adoption, and impact.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Product Management / Data Management / Business Analysis / Project Management / Data Visualization / Data & AI Experience

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Working experience using Google Cloud Platform and solid notions in SQL

• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and experience building data visualization in PowerBI and/or Qlik

• Good experience of matrixial companies' ways of working (e.g. decision making process...)

• A background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
