Your Responsibilities

As Team Leader Professional Services (m/f/d), you inspire and guide your team to deliver successful projects for DocuWare’s customers and partners across France and French-speaking markets. You combine leadership and customer focus, coaching your team, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration. Your proactive mindset enables continuous improvement and growth, while your strong communication skills help build trusted relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You guide, coach, and support your team, helping them develop and grow.
• You monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and help your team achieve their goals.
• You manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through regular communication and visits.
• You support the French sales teams to drive business growth.
• You enable and empower sales partners to implement DocuWare solutions independently.
• You collaborate with your manager and peers to optimize processes and contribute to the future of the Professional Services organization.

What you need to succeed

• You bring several years of professional experience in IT consulting within the SaaS environment, and have led teams successfully.
• Strong organizational and people leadership skills set you apart.
• Your communication style is convincing and engaging, allowing you to connect confidently with peers and decision makers.
• With your analytical abilities, you understand business processes and create effective solutions.
• Innovation, knowledge sharing, and supporting others’ growth are your passions.
• You mentor and empower your team, serving as a trusted role model.
• Fluent French and English skills - both written and spoken - complete your profile.
