Key Role and Decsription

Driving Sales and Achieving Targets

· Drive sales and exceed objectives through strategic clienteling and expert product knowledge.

· Monitor daily boutique KPIs and report on performance.

· Partake in the organization of events and activations to drive visibility, engagement, and sales.

Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences

· Create a personalized sales experience while respecting the Retail Excellence ceremonial standards

· Develop the boutique’s CRM database to engage with clients and drive sales. Build and nurture lasting relationships with VIP clients and fragrance connoisseurs.

· Handle client inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.

· Welcome and host influencers in-store, delivering an exceptional brand experience.

· The master of storytelling, connect with customers and understand their needs.

· Craft the exceptional and personalized customer journey with Floraïku Paris unique approach, from a warm welcome and genuine engagement to thoughtful perfume demonstrations.

Managing Operations and Visual Excellence

· Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and stock control & conduct regular inventory checks and cleaning.

· Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained and aligned with our visual merchandising guidelines, maintained tidy and clean on a daily basis.

· Demonstrate schedule flexibility and flexible open mindset.

· Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects the exclusivity of Floraïku Paris.

•A genuine passion for luxury, niche perfumery, fragrance and the world of beauty. Previous experience in luxury retail, fragrance or premium beauty is highly desirable.

• Detail-oriented, rigorous, proactive and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset, particularly in an international city such as Paris.

• A team player with a positive mindset, a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven attitude.
