Business Development Manager - Commission-Based

We're not a generic job board, we're a growing ecosystem: 60,000+ site visits, 9,000 active users, 700+ job listings, and a vetted freelancer pool of 850+ linguists across 60+ languages in the first month.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our localization services arm. Your job is simple in principle: find companies that need localization work, bring them to the table, and we handle the rest.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across any industry — games, software, e-commerce, legal, marketing. Building relationships with decision-makers. Closing service contracts and handing off to our delivery team.
What we're looking for
Proven B2B sales experience. Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline. Localization or language industry knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. Someone motivated by results, not by a fixed salary.
