Join a Paris-based deeptech startup building AI and robotics technology to transform dermatology.

The product creates a complete 3D map of the skin, helping physicians detect skin cancers earlier and follow changes over time with more precision.

The company is entering a commercial scale-up phase after several years of R&D, with strong demand from hospitals and clinics and a growing volume of medical data to process.

As a Senior Fullstack / Backend Engineer , you will build and improve the core platform used by dermatologists.

You will work on a critical system combining healthcare, data, performance and user-facing medical workflows.

• Develop and maintain the main platform in Python / Django / React
• Improve the clinical interface used by physicians
• Build secure APIs and internal services
• Support scale-up challenges linked to large volumes of scans and images
• Improve backend architecture, monitoring, performance and robustness
• Translate medical and product needs into reliable technical solutions

Profil recherché

We are looking for a strong senior engineer with solid foundations, humility and the ability to build reliable software in a demanding product environment.

Minimum experience required: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience after graduation . Profiles below this level are unlikely to be aligned.

• Engineering degree / Master’s degree strongly recommended
• Python required , with strong backend fundamentals
• Django required , ideally on production-grade applications
• React required , with ability to contribute to product interfaces
• Startup or demanding product environment experience strongly valued
• Bonus: scale/data-heavy systems, MedTech, critical product, DevSecOps, infra, AWS, Terraform, Celery/SQS/RabbitMQ, Three.js, security or GDPR/HIPAA/ISO27001-like environments

• Solid engineer with real production experience
• Strong Python / Django / React stack
• Builder mindset, clear communication and no ego
• Comfortable with uncertainty and complex technical problems
• Interested in healthcare impact and high-precision systems

• Bootcamp profile without strong engineering foundations
• Very framed ESN / consulting profile with little product ownership
• Frontend-only profile
• High ego or low collaboration posture
