Job Description:Essential Job Functions:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.Work schedule: hybrid working modeBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of relevant work experience in industryWide experience with ServiceNow (Business development activities)Client-facing business experienceProven track record in sales and sales enablementProficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysisA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology​French + English speakerOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plusPre-sales activities as nice to have skillAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
