Project & Site Manager - Luxury Retail (Paris-based)

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Project & Site Manager based in Paris.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, project ownership, and client-facing confidence.
The candidate will be expected to represent the company independently when needed, acting as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and partners.

This is a strategic role for someone with a strong background in site management and project coordination, within the luxury retail or high-end architecture sectors.

Key Activities

Technical

• Oversee site operations and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of luxury retail projects
• ⁠Ensure compliance with local regulations, client standards, and design specifications
• Prepare and manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets
• Attend meetings and site visits
• Operational and managerial autonomy in assigned activities, with constant reporting and alignment with HQ Travel as needed for international projects

Corporate 

• Representing the company with professionalism and initiative
• Identify and support business opportunities in collaboration with management, contributing to the development of a business structure that can lead to the creation of a local team reporting to this role
• Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and internal teams

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as Project Manager in the luxury retail, architecture, or high-end fit-out sectors
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery dynamics
• Competence in Project Manager activities, with complementary site management skills when required
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders with professionalism
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French and English (Italian is a strong plus)
• Awareness of local building regulations and permitting processes to have the ability to navigate them and manage the topic within specific conversations
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Adobe package and AutoCAD.
• Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Business School (with relevant focus on the luxury field), Design, or related fields

Language

Fluent in French and English (Italian is a strong plus)
