Internship 6 months - Starting July 2026

Coty is expanding its footprint in Retail within its owned Points of sale for its luxury brands (Chloe Atelier des Fleurs, Gucci beauty, Burberry, Infiniment Coty Paris,...). Join us in the groundbreaking Retail development adventure in Coty. In your role as Global Retail Coordinator, you will be instrumental to help drive change management & support our markets on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Retail Coordinator Intern, you are helping the Global Retail Team to support the omnichannel transformation Coty has recently engaged in. You will be tackling Retail Excellence & Operations, Education , and Clienteling & CRM projects depending on the priorities & Market needs.

You r main focus :

• Supports day to day operations of the Retail Department

• Updates manual trackers & prepares reporting for all key stake holders

• Ensures the change management documentation related to IT/system issues for markets is updated & cascaded on a monthly basis

• Prepares best practice sharing documentation for Markets

• Helps formalize playbooks update with global teams

• Helps elevate client experience implementing new services

• Helps develop training assets for our Beauty advisors, especially to animate our digital learning platform

• Gather competition & industry benchmarks, retail innovations

The team consists of 4 team members (Retail Excellence Director, Retail Education Director, Client Engagement Director, CRM director). You will work closely together with each of them as well as several departments (Brand Marketing & 360 teams, Finance, Purchasing, IT) in a very international environment. All your colleagues are passionate about Retail, with a client centric mindset. Working in the team, you will feel galvanized by the impact you can have on the Retail adventure Coty has initiated. You will be supporting markets on a global standpoint and be a daily key partner to enable impactful retail initiatives.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to take on your share of challenges, you are not afraid of going in uncharted territories, you are passionate about Retail and beauty industry, organized, self driven, data oriented.

• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

• Fluent in English and French
