VP of Engineering

We are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead our engineering organization, drive execution, and scale our technical operations. As a key leadership figure, you will own team management, execution, and operational excellence , working closely with the CTO and the CPO to align technical strategy with business goals.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Engineering Execution & Delivery: Own agile processes, sprint planning, and release management to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Team & Talent Leadership: Define org structure, hire top-tier engineers, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage engineering budgets, optimize cloud costs, and drive vendor selection.
• Technical Quality & DevOps: Continuously improve best practices for CI/CD, security, scalability, and incident management.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key engineering KPIs to executive leadership.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a high-growth, tech-driven environment, preferably in a scale-up environment.
• Strong background in software engineering, DevOps, and system architecture at scale, serving millions of daily users.
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams .
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution .
