We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.The RoleAs a Product Manager on the Enterprise Controls team, you will empower enterprises with the tools and frameworks to govern their use of our AI Platform while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your scope will cover User Access & Identity Management (RBAC, SSO, SCIM), Framework Consistency (SDK, APIs), Audit & Compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001), and Platform Administration & Billing.This role is critical as we’ve already secured contracts with industry leaders like ASML, CMA-CGM, and Stellantis—all of whom have rigorous IT requirements. Your work will be foundational in meeting these demands and driving the adoption of our platform at scale.What You Will DoSet the vision for Enterprise Readiness by shaping and evangelizing a product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.Identify gaps through market and UX research to uncover unmet needs, competitive whitespaces, and emerging trends in enterprise product management.Own the product lifecycle, driving development from ideation to launch and iteration, balancing speed, quality, and user satisfaction.Champion the user by partnering with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact experiences, refining them with data and feedback.Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales, including pricing, positioning, and adoption plans.Align stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.Prioritize ruthlessly to maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term initiatives.What We're Looking For7+ years of Product Management experience in competitive, ambiguous environments, ideally with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products.Technical acumen to understand trade-offs and partner effectively with engineering teams.User obsession with a relentless focus on solving real problems, supported by data and qualitative insights.Cross-functional influence to align and inspire teams without direct authority.Problem-solving skills that balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, from roadmap crafting to metrics analysis.Clear communication with persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users in docs, decks, or whiteboard sessions.Adaptability to thrive in dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly.Collaborative mindset with low ego and high EQ, building trust and driving decisions through clarity.Autonomy to navigate unknowns and own outcomes end-to-end.Growth mindset with deep familiarity in product-led growth strategies (e.g., viral loops, onboarding optimization, monetization).Builder’s mindset with founder or early-stage PM experience, turning 01 ideas into products users love.Technical depth to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed.What We OfferWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
