The job

Start working for a luxury skincare and beauty brand offering premium skincare and body care products, combining scientifically developed formulas with powerful ingredients inspired by nature. The brand has boutique stores across Europe. They are now looking for French speaking Sales Consultants. This position is ideal for students studying online or through a flexible distance learning programme, as well as for young people at the beginning of their careers, including those with no previous professional experience, who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and start an international career. Some of your key responsibilities within this job:

• Present and recommend products to customers

• Deliver a premium in store experience to our customers

• Learn sales techniques and product presentation skills through the training provided by the company

We offer

• Work in 4 different stores in Paris

• Work from 10:30 to 19:30

• A commission based salary with a safety net:

  • First month you get a net guaranteed minimum or commission earned, whichever is higher.

  • From the second month: a lower net guaranteed minimum or commission earned, whichever is higher

  • Average monthly earnings are based on individual sales performance.

• Daily bonuses for staff €20 net bonus when employees make €700 in sales in one day, and €40 net bonus when employees make €1000 in sales in one day

• 1 day off during the weekend and 1 day off during the week

• Flight ticket to Paris is reimbursed after 30 days . A reasonably priced ticket and proof of payment are required

• The company contributes 50% towards eligible monthly public transport costs in Paris

• Company apartments are provided for staff and shared between them in Paris. Accommodation: candidate can choose to pay €17 per day. This includes electricity, hot water and wifi

Your qualifications

You speak basic or conversational French with professional-level English skills

Previous experience in sales, hospitality or beauty is an advantage, but is not required

A customer focused attitude and willingness to learn

Communicative, energetic and positive individuals

Motivation to work in sales and achieve targets
