Global Trade Marketing Manager Assistant

INTERNSHIP – within GLOBAL TRADE MARKETING TEAM  

STARTING : JULY 2026 for 6 months 

This internship as Trade marketing Assistant is a real opportunity to learn & discover the fragrance industry. Global Trade is at the crossroad of Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, Supply and furthermore the Reality of each country’s model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the Team is to:  

• Help implement long-term Global and Local Marketing strategies surrounding the 4Ps across all retail channels, to successfully grow our portfolio and increase its market share.  

• Steer & monitor all Regions & Markets performances.  

• Nurture other Global Teams with Markets and channels knowledge.  

• Be the voice TO the Markets and OF the Markets. 

As Trade Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for / your main focus is: 

• Tracking and analyzing sell-in & sell-out performances at Top Markets & Global levels against KPIs & Competition  

• Running ad-hoc Trade Marketing analyses  

• Consolidating globally and tracking Top Markets’ trade plans (Marketing calendars) and managing launches for all Markets  

• Consolidating post-launches summaries & presentations  

• Attending Top Markets & Regions weekly calls with the Trade Team and assisting Markets in their operational requests  

• Running Markets, Competitors activities and Price analyses vs Competition  

• Checking stores in Paris and regular online auditing

The team consists of one Trade Marketing Director and one manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing Development, Digital, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Supply etc.

• a very good English level (written & spoken) , French is a plus
