✨ Your Role
As a Solution Engineer, you will foster high-level relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs and driving the successful implementation and management of our data labeling platform.
You will also actively contribute to building the next step of our product line, with deep exploration of core business operations of our customers and creativity to leverage machine learning and generative AI integrations.
This role demands a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
🔥 Your Missions
Solution (pre-sales and post-sales)
Be the technical voice in critical pre-sales events such as RFPs, Demos and evaluation periods
Analyze current production processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities, prevent potential issues, and plan for future needs
Identify new sales opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing relevant solutions
Project management
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, data science, and operations, to comprehend project requirements, constraints, and priorities
Lead service project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals
💎 Desired Profile
A first significant experience in either a customer-facing role or technical staff in a tech environment
Strong customer relationship skills to build and maintain positive client interactions
Academic background in computer science, data science, machine learning or related fields
Strong interest in frontier data sciences and their applications in software engineering
Proficiency in both English and French , with strong communication capabilities in these languages
A passion for technical tasks as well as business analysis, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs
