E-COMMERCE DTC & PERFORMANCE MARKETING ASSISTANT
INTERNSHIP 6 MONTHS - STARTING JULY 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Kylie Cosmetics Europe team, you will support online sales activity of a renowned makeup
brand. You will have the opportunity to explore and strengthen skills on how to manage an online store
and support the implementation of paid media (social, SEA) and non-paid (CEO, CRM) activations.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on
innovative beauty brands and contributing to their online growth.

SITE MANAGEMENT & USER EXPERIENCE:

- E-Merchandising: highlighting best sellers by monitoring e-commerce KPIs, identifying cross-selling
opportunities to generate additional revenue.
- Setting up promotional offers using Shopify
- Preparing new product launches (product pages, content accuracy, customer journey testings) and
leading website content updates
- Deployment of global e-commerce projects: testing new features and the user journey
- Support for the implementation of new releases to e-commerce sites, participation in UAT phases and
monitoring bug resolutions
- Identifying creative needs and briefing the design team

PERFORMANCE MARKETING:

- Analyze website traffic and customer behavior across paid (Search, Social, Display) and non-paid (SEO,
CRM) channels
- Paid media: Assist in the tracking of weekly campaigns performances to participate in optimizing
acquisition strategies
- CRM & Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email campaigns (newsletters &
segmentation) and analyze email performance
- Assist in audience segmentation to optimize customer engagement & retention
- SEO & content optimization: collaborate on content updates to align with SEO best practices

SALES ANALYSIS AND BENCHMARK:

- Performance monitoring and support for product analysis
- Weekly benchmarks

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn and get energy from working in a fast-paced,
diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
• Have strong analytical skills
• Well-organised and rigorous person
• Master English and French on a near native level
