Solution Product Manager

As a Solution Product Manager, you will be part of a Product team that brings together Product Managers, Designers, and Data Experts. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated feature team made up of backend and frontend engineers and designers. You will guide the team from needs definition to production, ensuring the quality, consistency, and communication of the tailored developments designed for strategic clients.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Understanding needs and defining the product solution
Gather and analyze needs expressed by clients and those conveyed by customer-facing internal teams.
Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to define a solution aligned with SaaS standards while addressing the specific challenges of strategic clients.
2. Feature team coordination
Plan the feature team backlog at the start of each quarter and define quarterly objectives.
Prioritize tasks based on business value, dependencies, and team capacity.
Animate the feature team daily, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
3. Delivery follow-up & Communication
Supervise the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities.
Perform functional testing before production to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate product updates to internal teams to promote understanding and client adoption.
Desired Education & Experience
Master’s degree (Bac +5), ideally from an engineering school or equivalent.
Proven experience leading product teams on web or SaaS solutions.
Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Strong technological curiosity and interest in innovative environments.
Fluent in French and excellent skills in English, both spoken and written, in a daily work context.
Ability to structure, prioritize, and monitor delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Other requirements
Flexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast-paced, commercially oriented technology company.
Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment, and action-driven.
Hands-on project management experience, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
Ability to maintain strong working relationships
