Group HSE Specialist

Location is flexible. We welcome candidates to be based at any of our operational sites across Europe.

At Solina, we believe that safety, health and wellbeing are fundamental to everything we do. To support our continued growth and strengthen our safety culture, we are looking for a Group HSE Specialist to join our international team.

In this role, you will contribute to driving our HSE strategy across multiple sites and help us achieve our ambition of zero accidents and a strong, interdependent safety culture.

As a Group HSE Specialist, you will play a key role in improving safety standards and supporting our sites in implementing best practices. You will work closely with local HSE teams, operational leaders and regional experts to turn strategy into tangible results on the ground.

You will combine hands-on support, analytical insights and continuous improvement to make a real impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical HSE expertise to operational teams and local safety coordinators (risk assessments, prevention plans, safety standards, etc.)
• Support the development, harmonization and implementation of Group HSE standards and strategy
• Analyze safety performance (KPIs) and define improvement actions with regional teams
• Drive initiatives to improve safety culture, behaviors and working conditions across sites
• Support audits, compliance and regulatory requirements (European and international standards)
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure compliance of facilities, equipment and processes
• Contribute to the development of training programs, tools and best practices
• Communicate and promote HSE awareness across different levels of the organization
• Act as a key point of contact for risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally complemented by a certification in Health & Safety or Risk Management
• Around 4-7 years of experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing environment (food, pharma or chemical is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO standards and audit processes
• Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
• Confident communicator, able to engage stakeholders at different levels
• Experience working in an international environment is an asset
• Fluent in English and French
• Willing to travel regularly (±35%)
