We're growing fast in a booming market, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Design to lead and grow our design practice.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Paris. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside lead generation, relationship management and developing business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, communicating with prospects, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. The representative will work closely with the Account Executive, Account Management and Marketing teams to align on strategies and improve overall business performance.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, agile, and adaptable candidate with a sales instinct to join our Paris-based International Sales team. You will learn a lot by working with us as you will be able to interact with prospects at all levels and in a wide variety of sectors. What We're Looking For

• Interested and determined in B2B Lead Generation skills and Sales

• Strong Communication and Sales abilities

• Experience in Business Development ideally

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in CRM software, email automation and other sales tools is a plus

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Fluency in English and French (or any other European language) is desirable

Contract: CDD 1 year or Freelance
