YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.

Within the Group, you will join the CIO department. This department is in charge to support all IT Operations and Delivery. CIO is organized in 4 Teams : the Technology Office, the CIO Office, the Delivery team and the Workplace team.

Within this Department, you will be part of the team CIO Office.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

As an IT project and governance manager you are responsible for managing IT transversal projects for the GIE AXA, overseeing the budget and assisting in the development of the IT strategy, IT governance and project methodology as well as in performance tracking.

Project Management:
• Lead and manage some IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Work in collaboration with various teams : Business, IT Project Managers, Security/Data Privacy, internal Control

IT Budget Management:
• Consolidate and oversee the global IT budget, as well as the Staffing plan. Work closely with finance department and DSI departments heads to forecast and track IT expenditures. Prepare and present budget reports to your manager, the CIO, and CODIR of the DSI.
• Help in the consolidation and overseeing in the overall IT budget of the GIE.

IT Strategy and IT framework Development:
• Assist in the definition and implementation of the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with IT owners and DSI department heads to ensure IT initiatives support organizational goals.
• Develop the IT framework documentation in alignment with the DSI organization and his role ine the GIE organization

Governance and Methodology:
• Define and implement project management methodologies and best practices across the IT department. Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Develop and maintain project documentation templates and reporting processes.

Performance Tracking:
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of IT projects and progress of the DSI strategy. Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• Mater's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus.
• Proven experience in budget management and associated reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset and ability to propose recommendations
