Channel Sales Representative - EMEA (F/M)

Context

Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

As a Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with our network of resellers.
You will have an ownership in identifying and engaging new business opportunities within the retail security sector, leveraging your network in security, IT, and retail to onboard new resellers and ensure the success of our existing partnerships.

This is an exciting individual contributor role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on our global expansion.

Missions

  • Channel Sales Execution:
    • Identify, qualify, and onboard new resellers in targeted markets, with a focus
      on CCTV, EAS, and guarding sectors, as well as other industries closely
      linked to retail.
    • Leverage existing relationships in the security and retail industries to build a
      strong network of resellers.
    • Drive sales by providing resellers with the tools, resources, and support
      needed to close deals.
  • Revenue Growth & Market Penetration:
    • Develop a sales pipeline within the security and retail markets and ensure
      consistent lead generation from inbound sources.
    • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure resellers
      are supported throughout the sales cycle and after the sale is closed.
    • Focus on acquiring new resellers , growing their business, and meeting sales
      targets.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
    • Assist in the execution of the channel sales strategy for the designated regions.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop tailored messaging for resellers and prospects, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts that could impact reseller partnerships and sales.
  • Pricing & Partner Programs:
    • Assist in the development of pricing strategies for channel partners, ensuring
      competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
    • Work with the partner program team to ensure that reseller incentives and
      programs are optimized and aligned with sales goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and report sales activities, including pipeline management and performance metrics.
    • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of partner programs and reseller engagement strategies, suggesting improvements where necessary.
    • Help with sales forecasting and identifying new opportunities for growth within the reseller network.

You’re a Great Match If

  • You demonstrate a solid experience in sales , preferably in channel sales or business development within the security or retail industries (CCTV, EAS, guarding, or related).
  • You have a proven success in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You have a strong ability to build and maintain reseller relationships , leveraging on established network in the security or retail industries.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to tailor messaging to different resellers and stakeholders and driving market growth.
  • You have the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively .
  • You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills , with a focus on driving business performance and revenue growth.
  • You're fluent in English and French; a knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • You have the ability to travel as required for reseller meetings , industry events, and market expansion initiatives.
