Business Development Director
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience and understanding of the digital marketing industry. Working with the support of European Epsilon team you will have an enviable array of cutting-edge digital solutions with which to win clients.
You'll be working to solve a range of client challenges dependent on each of their digital and data maturities. This is a hybrid role based in Paris (2/3 day per week in office) How You'll Make an Impact
As a Sales Manager at Epsilon, you will play a critical role in driving growth and solidifying our position as a leader in the MarTech/AdTech space. Your ability to close enterprise deals and provide tailored solutions will directly impact our company's success. By leveraging your experience and strategic approach, you will build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, aligning their objectives with our innovative offerings. Your work will help expand our client base, drive significant revenue growth, and position Epsilon as a trusted partner for digital marketing and advertising solutions. Through your proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and focus on delivering results, you will help shape our growth trajectory and contribute to long-term success. What You'll Achieve
- Deliver quarterly revenue numbers and sell the Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to mid-market and enterprise level accounts
- Strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business
- Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature
- Previous experience selling a complex, multifaceted platform to mid-market and enterprise-level customers
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the overall business strategy
- What you'll bring with you:
- 5 - 7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Robust book of contacts and network of customers to drive sales revenue and achieve targets across various verticals (for example retail, travel, finance, auto, gaming)
- Proven ability to be dynamic, think on the spot, and navigate through challenges
- Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
- French and English language

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies
