*Team* 

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will join a close-knit team of 3, based across France and Switzerland , and play a key role in shaping how we attract and engage top talent across our organization.

In this role, you will work across two strategic pillars: end-to-end recruitment and employer branding . You will not only help us hire the right people at the right time, but also actively contribute to how LumApps is positioned in the market as an employer of choice.

*Missions*

Recruitment

-You will collaborate with the existing teams to address LumApps' HR challenges.

-Publish, update, and monitor job offers on our various job boards.

-Conduct sourcing/headhunting via LinkedIn to find the best profiles for LumApps.

-Evaluate received applications and conduct qualification interviews.

-Coordinate the entire recruitment process in French and/or English (organizing interviews, interacting with candidates and managers).

-Contribute to the best possible candidate experience.

-Maintain and nurture our pool of qualified talents on our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Employer Branding

In addition to your recruitment missions, you will help us develop our employer brand by:

-Participating in or creating video content about different roles or testimonials on various themes: interviewing people, defining and validating the script, shooting, etc.

-Proposing content to be published on our internal communication platforms.

-Working closely with the Marketing & Communication team to disseminate creative messages on our social networks to raise brand awareness and position LumApps as an employer of choice.

*Skills*

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment.

• People-oriented and solutions-driven mindset, focused on delivering a high-quality experience.

• Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Experience with an ATS (We use Teamtailor).

• Fluent in French and English(written & spoken).

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a European or multi-country HR role.

• Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.
