The role requires both strategic leadership and operational execution, with the ability to work effectively in a lean environment alongside a small team.ð¼ Global Supply Chain Manager - Medical Device Role ð¼Key ResponsibilitiesOwn global supply planning, forecasting, inventory, and purchase order managementManage the relationship and operational performance of the contract manufacturer and key suppliersLead implementation and governance of a robust S&OP processEstablish and drive a Manufacturing Review Board (MRB) with manufacturing partnersManage BOMs, product changes, and supply chain impacts across product variantsOversee DOA, returns, replacements, and after-sales supply processesPartner closely with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations teamsLead cross-functional projects related to supply chain scalability, product launches, and process improvementsDefine KPIs, reporting, and scalable processes to support international growth You will be successful in this role if 4-6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environmentsExperience in medical devices, electronics, or other regulated industriesStrong project management and cross-functional leadership skillsExperience managing contract manufacturing and international suppliers, ideally in AsiaProven ability to build processes and operate effectively in scale-up or fast-growth environmentsComfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational executionStrong communication and stakeholder management skills It would be fantastic if You have a background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho You have a high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technologyYou have a Start up and/or scale up experienceThis is an opportunity to build and shape a global medical device supply chain in a high-impact international role Our work environment At DentalMonitoring our employees thrive because :We are collaborators!
