The role

As a XStore & SIOCS Functional & Application Consultant (all genders) , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring +5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You support clients in the implementation, adaptation, and deployment of Oracle Retail Xstore, SIOCS, and front-office solutions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business needs.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)

Role Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis and design for XStore and SIOCS.
• Adapt solutions to meet local legal and operational requirements.
• Configure, test, and support go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Deliver user training and manage change adoption.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integration with other systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, etc.).

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• 5+ years in Retail consulting or POS/Store Operations integration.
• Expertise with XStore POS, XStore Office, SIOCS , ORCE, Order Broker, EFTLink.
• Strong knowledge of front-office (sales, payments, loyalty) and back-office retail processes (stock, inventory, transfers).
• Experience in customization and multi-system integration.
• Proven track record in multi-country, multi-brand projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Fluent level of English and French.
