About the Role

As LumApps accelerates its vision to become the #1 AI Employee Hub globally, the "Companion Suite" is at the heart of our growth strategy. We build premium Micro-Apps and AI Agents that connect complex IT stacks (Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft) directly to the employee experience.

As a Solution Consultant (Sales Specialist), your primary mission is to drive the commercial success and adoption of these premium add-ons. You will act as the technical sales expert for the Companion Suite, partnering closely with Account Executives/Managers (AEs/AMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to uncover opportunities, pitch the value of our AI/Micro-Apps, and directly contribute to a dedicated cARR growth target.

Team

You will join a fast-growing team led by the GM of AI & Automation.

  • Team composed of 3 Solution Consultants with strong technical backgrounds (initially developers transitioning into pre-sales roles)

  • Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CSM teams

  • Remote-first team distributed across France and internationally (Lyon, Vannes, Montréal)

  • Entrepreneurial environment, operating as a “startup within LumApps”

The team’s mission is to make AI Agents and Micro-Apps a core part of every deal, by demonstrating their concrete business value.

Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation & cARR Target (Commercial Focus)

  • Own a specific cARR target dedicated to the upsell, cross-sell, and new-logo attachment of Companion Suite add-ons (Micro-Apps & AI Agents)

  • Partner proactively with AEs/AMs and CSMs to map existing strategic accounts, identify "whitespace" (e.g., highly complex IT environments), and generate pipeline for the Companion Suite

  • Lead the commercial and technical pitch for AI and integrations, moving the customer from curiosity to signature

2. Pre-Sales Prototyping & High-Impact Demos

  • Build tailored, hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and live demos that showcase exactly how LumApps AI and Micro-Apps solve a specific customer's pain point

  • Connect third-party APIs in demo environments to prove the feasibility of integrations with tools like ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that bridge the gap between technical architecture and employee experience

3. Value Engineering & Business Case Creation

  • Translate technical features into hard ROI

  • Help customers quantify the "digital friction" they are experiencing and build the business case for purchasing the add-on (e.g., hours saved per employee, reduction in IT tickets)

  • Navigate objections related to pricing, technical feasibility, and security alongside the core sales team

4. Field-to-Factory Feedback Loop

  • Act as the eyes and ears of the market for the GM and Product teams

  • Track why we win or lose add-on deals

  • Package successful custom demos into repeatable "plays" that the broader sales team can use to sell Micro-Apps/AI Agents at scale

Skills

Must-have

  • Strong communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly

  • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales

  • Solid understanding of APIs and integrations

Technical Scope

  • API and integration expertise

  • Ability to connect third-party APIs in demo environments

  • Pre-sales prototyping (PoCs, demos using Javascript, JSON, Adaptive Cards, low-code tools)

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Exposure to AI, automation, or SaaS environments

Location & Travel

This role is based in Paris (or nearby), can offer remote work within France, and includes around two short client-focused trips per month across Europe.
