Your Mission
As a Healthcare Manager, you will collaborate closely with the service head and lead a multidisciplinary team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination: Ensure the safety and smooth transition of patient care pathways.
- Leadership: Inspire, guide, and support the professional development of your nursing teams.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee scheduling and the onboarding of new talents and students.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Must hold a Healthcare Management degree (mandatory).
- Experience: Proven expertise in psychiatry and eating disorders.
Working Conditions
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from €48,000 to €50,000 gross annually. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic work environment.
