With their knowledge of business processes and data flows, IT SAP Controlling Business Analyst acts as a link between business processes and systems and liaises closely with Logistics domain experts, as well as the business and 3rd party suppliers. The new team member will work closely with business users to understand the current business process in the mentioned areas to bring about improvement in the Business processes by leveraging his strong domain knowledge and familiarity with the SAP Product suite. He will also be needed to contribute in project execution as functional lead of the area, delivering pre-study and implementing new solutions across the organization. As an IT SAP Controlling Business Analyst you will be part of the Finance stream of our S4HANA journey. You are responsible for analyzing Finance processes, understanding business requirements, and implementing SAP solutions. Your expertise in S/4HANA ensures streamlined and efficient finance operations. Another part of this roles is managing the operational changes raised by business, challenging them, and proposing solutions to improve business process. Global area of action: US, Europe, and Asia. Responsibilities & Duties
• Participate as SAP Controlling expert in our Transformational SAP S4 HANA program
• Act as SAP CO subject matter expert across key areas: Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Collaborate with Finance teams across Constellium Sites to understand and gather requirements for both indirect and direct procurement processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current procurement workflows, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
• Proactively identify opportunities across Finance processes across various sites and design S4HANA process around them.
• Lead workshops/discussions with Business and external parties and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements to translate them into S4HANA solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Validate/Verify solution designs and effort estimate in Projects as well as change requests.
• Ensure seamless integration between domain functions, operations and 3rd party suppliers. Travel is required for this position : US & Europe Essential Skills
• Mandatorily Should have executed at least one SAP ECC or S4HANA implementation project with hands on expertise in configuring and customizing Controlling module.
• Strong knowledge in SAP Controlling modules is a must in an industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of integration between Controlling & Production Planning module. Experience in Metal industry is a plus.
• Should have executed at least one SAP ECC or S4HANA implementation project with hands on expertise in configuring and customizing Controlling module.
• Good understanding of Controlling processes and in managing respective applications.
• 8 - 10 years of experiences in an international IT environment
• Excellent organizational, administrative and soft skills with the ability to multitask.

Thales Cyber Solutions CSIRT is young, ambitious and in development. Your mission : You will work on clients various security incidents and help CSOC L2 in incident triage. Your daily task will be the maintenance of CSIRT applications and documentation. Additionally, you will create detection use cases for CSOC and test them stealthily from time to time in a «Pentest» like engagement. We will ask you to share your knowledge during training or workshops. Essential Skills
• Highly motivated, interested in the fields of cyber defence and research.
• First experience in a similar job with a system engineer background.
• SCADA environments familiar.
• Requires analytical thinking skills or analytical and problem-solving skills.
• "Dirty and always incomplete" Log analysis capability.
• Could read X86/64 assembly, C, C++, .NET
• Could write python.
• Usage of Volatility, Log2Timeline, Misp, IntelMQ, Wireshark, Tshark, Snort
• Network Fundamentals - TCP/IP Protocols ( DNS, FTP, SSL, etc.)
• Understandings of threat Intel limitation and capacity.
• Any related certification GCIH - (GIAC Certified Incident Handler) etc...
• Deep Understanding of windows, Osx & Linuxes operating systems
• Work calmly and well under pressure
• Maintain composure while dealing with difficult people.
