Retail Talent Acquisition Partner (H/F) – Luxury Retail Project – 3-Month FTC, Immediate Start

Location: Remote (France-based preferred) 


Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months) – Immediate Start 


Duration: 3 months, with the potential to extend depending on project needs 


Time Commitment: Full-time, five days per week – this is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring someone who can hit the ground running from day one

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner , available to start at short notice, to support the delivery of a high-profile recruitment project for a globally recognised luxury fashion house.

Working as an extension of our team, you will take ownership of identifying, engaging and managing exceptional retail talent throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience whilst delivering against project timelines and hiring objectives.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, offering an exciting opportunity to partner on a significant luxury retail project and work closely with stakeholders across both recruitment and the client business from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify and engage high-calibre retail candidates across the Paris market.

• Take an innovative approach to sourcing, including conducting in-store research to assess service standards and talent on the shop floor, and using these visits to build a strong network of retail candidates for the pipeline.

• Draw on an established network and strong familiarity with the retail talent landscape across all levels of the store structure, from Sales Associate through to Store Director , to identify and engage the right candidates quickly.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of retail candidates.

• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability against project requirements.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Provide market insights, candidate feedback and hiring updates to the project team.

• Support recruitment events, assessment activity and hiring days where required.

• Ensure a consistent and professional representation of both the client brand and our business.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Background gained either in-house within a retail or lifestyle brand, or within a recruitment agency, with demonstrable experience recruiting for retail management roles .

• Established network and strong familiarity with the retail talent landscape across all levels of the store structure, from Sales Associate through to Store Director.

• Significant recruitment experience within the Paris market (typically 5+ years), with a track record recruiting for retail management roles , ideally within luxury, premium fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.

• Experience managing volume hiring projects is highly desirable.

• Strong candidate sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Able to start at short notice and comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, high-volume hiring environment.

• Fluent French and professional English language skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Working Arrangement

• Primarily remote-based, with regular in-person collaboration as needed given the pace of the project.

• Full-time availability of 5 days per week for the duration of the contract.

• Ability to travel to Paris as required.

• Given the pace of this project, attendance in Paris is expected on a regular basis, particularly during the initial weeks of the contract , with increased on-site availability required throughout the key delivery period of the contract .

The ideal person will bring a genuine understanding of retail environments, whether gained in-house within a retail or lifestyle brand or through a recruitment background, together with demonstrable experience recruiting for retail management roles. You'll be proactive, resourceful and confident operating at pace from day one, able to hit the ground running on an immediate-start, 3-month fixed-term contract, while maintaining the high standards of candidate experience and brand representation expected within a luxury fashion business.
